Institut de diplomatie publique was invited to participate in the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes, which will be held at the Vienna International Centre (VIC) in Vienna, Austria, 9 to 20 January 2023, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 75/282 and the Ad Hoc Committee’s road map and mode of work adopted at its first session. 2. The meetings of the fourth session will be held in the six official languages of the United Nations from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Vienna local time, in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual components.
The registration process will be open from Monday, 7 November 2022 to Friday, 6 January 2023 6 p.m., New York time.
The Institute was invited to clearly communicate which members are nominated as online speakers in order to receive a speaker link.
Participants without an online speaker role are requested to follow the session through the webcast, available in the six official languages of the United Nations, in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the Interprefy platform.

While only one representative
from each accredited organization may be present in the mentioned meeting room at any given time, the Institute can nominate more than one participant attending in-person should they wish to
alternate their presence in the meeting.
